Meet Martha Clauss: the Therapeutic Skin Specialist. Growing up in rural Pennsylvania and working alongside her family’s beauty and esthetic business, Martha witnessed first-hand the physical and emotional wounds problematic skin caused. From here, her passion to help others regain their confidence was ignited.
“Seeing the results in an individual who has struggled with their skin for years, someone who has been on and off medications and tried several ‘of-the-moment’ regimens before coming to me is incredibly impactful. The best feeling is supporting people through this journey and watching them become comfortable in their skin through my help. There’s nothing like it, it’s extremely rewarding.”
Now with over 35 years of experience in the industry, Martha’s aesthetic approach solely focuses on the individual. Her regimen dives beneath the surface and targets her patient’s long-term needs. She credits her success in part to the sincere support, mentorship, knowledge, and wisdom of the late Dr. James E. Fulton. Following her mentor’s journey for ten years, she was able to witness and learn the “Retinoid Revolution” first-hand.

Now stationed in Miami, FL, the Therapeutic Skin Specialist has received diverse training throughout her career in various parts of the world. Her mission, though, has always remained the same.
Martha Clauss’ experience in advanced skincare education is extensive. She has trained abroad with Phyto, Avène, Rene Furterer, J.F. Lazartigue and Babor, as well as in the States with James E. Fulton, M.D. Ph.D., Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, Dr. Harold Murad, Kiehl’s NY, and many more.
Her awards and certifications are numerous in all aspects of medical esthetics, cosmetics, and cosmetology. She continues her skincare journey independently, providing assistance and education in one of the most prevalent skin diseases: acne.
60 million Americans have active acne, 20 percent of whom are adults. Of the 85 percent of young adults (between the ages of 12 and 24) who suffer from acne, 25 percent will have permanent scars from this skin condition. Having trained under Dr. James E. Fulton for 10 years, Martha witnessed first-hand the physical and emotional effects resulting from mild to severe cystic acne.
After years of experience and training, Martha embarked on her own journey — this time offering her services and knowledge in the Miami/South Florida region. Presently, she assists both adolescent teenagers and adults in effectively treating and preventing acne, as well as other skincare impediments.
